Hold Harmless Statement for the Paw-sitive Candle Company:

By purchasing any candles or products from Paw-sitive Candle Company, whether through our website or in-person, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Safe Candle Burning Responsibility: You understand and accept the responsibility of using the purchased candles in a safe and appropriate manner, including but not limited to proper placement, adequate ventilation, and appropriate handling. It is imperative that you follow all recommended guidelines for safe candle burning and use sound judgement while burning or gifting candles to individuals.
No Liability for Personal Property Damage or Bodily Injury: The owners, operators, founders, or artists associated with Paw-sitive Candle Company cannot be held liable for any personal property damage or bodily injury resulting from the use of our products. You assume all risks and responsibilities associated with the use of our candles & products.
Waiver of Damages: By making a purchase, you waive any right to hold Paw-sitive Candle Company or its owner/s responsible for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from the use of our products.
Assumption of Risk: You acknowledge that the use (or gifting to others) of candles inherently carries some degree of risk, and you voluntarily assume these risks by purchasing and using Paw-sitive Candle Company products.
Release of Liability: In consideration of your purchase, you release Paw-sitive Candle Company, its owners, operators, founders, and artists from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any personal property damage or bodily injury. Again, you are buying candles and/or crafted goods and understand the risk associated with such purchase.

By completing your purchase, you affirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this hold harmless statement. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from purchasing Paw-sitive Candle Company products.
